Inbox parsing turns billing emails into structured subscription records, which is how you catch services billed outside a connected account.
What it extracts
Merchant, plan name, amount, currency, billing cycle, renewal or trial end date, and any cancellation link or reference in the message.
How to use it
Paste or forward a receipt, trial confirmation, or renewal notice. The parser returns a draft subscription for you to review and confirm. Nothing is added to your list until you accept it.
Where it helps most
- Trials that have not produced a charge yet, so detection cannot see them.
- Annual renewals notified weeks in advance.
- Services paid via a wallet, app store, or an account you have not connected.
- Price-change notices, which are recorded against the merchant's history.
Accuracy notes
- Marketing-heavy emails can confuse plan names; check the amount and cycle before confirming.
- Multi-item invoices produce one draft per detected line where possible.
- Dates are interpreted in your profile timezone.
