Plans and billing

Last updated 25 August 2026

Flowarden is sold on monthly and annual subscriptions. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record and issues your invoices.

What each plan changes

- Subscription cap. How many tracked subscriptions your account holds.

- Bank connections. How many institutions you can link.

- AI features. Insights, inbox parsing, negotiation scripts, and the Concierge prep brief unlock at higher tiers.

- Automation. Auto-Pilot rules and Trial Shield allowances scale with the plan.

Changing your plan

- Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated against the remaining time on your current term.

- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you keep what you paid for. If your usage exceeds the lower cap, the extra items become read-only rather than being deleted.

- Cancellations stop future renewals. Access continues until the end of the paid term.

Invoices, receipts, and tax

Every payment produces a receipt sent to your billing email and available in the billing area. VAT or sales tax is applied based on the country you provide; add a business tax ID before your next renewal to have it reflected on the invoice.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, the provider retries over several days and we email you at each attempt. Update the card promptly — after the final retry the subscription lapses and premium features are paused until payment succeeds. No data is deleted when a plan lapses.

Refunds

Refund eligibility and the request process are documented on the refunds page in the site footer.
