You can link several institutions to one account, and share a view with the people you actually split costs with.
Multiple accounts
- Each connection syncs independently and has its own health and sync status.
- Detection runs across all connected accounts together, so a subscription that moves from a card to a current account is recognised as the same service rather than duplicated.
- The number of simultaneous connections is set by your plan.
Duplicate charges
If the same subscription appears twice — for example when a card is paid from a linked current account — merge the duplicates from the subscription detail view so the savings ledger stays accurate.
Households
A household is a shared workspace. Members contribute their own connections and see an agreed shared view of subscriptions, renewals, and totals.
- Personal transaction detail is never exposed; members see subscriptions shared into the household, not raw bank feeds.
- Roles control who can invite, edit, and cancel.
- Leaving a household removes your data from the shared view immediately.
Choosing between them
Use multiple connections when everything is yours. Use a household when spending is genuinely shared and more than one person needs to act on it.
