What the export contains
- Profile and account settings.
- Bank connections metadata — institution, accounts, and sync history, never credentials.
- Imported transactions.
- Subscriptions, price history, and detection decisions.
- Savings ledger, Concierge requests, Auto-Pilot rules, and run history.
- Trial Shield generation history, with card numbers masked.
How to request one
Request the export from privacy settings. Large accounts are prepared in the background and you receive a secure, time-limited download link when it is ready.
Format
JSON for structure and CSV for the tabular records — transactions, subscriptions, and the savings ledger — so it opens directly in a spreadsheet.
Your rights
