Account deletion is permanent. Read this before starting.
Before you delete
1. Export your data — after deletion it cannot be recovered.
2. Cancel your Flowarden subscription so no further charge is taken.
3. Leave or transfer any household you own; ownership must move to another member or the household is deleted with your account.
4. Cancel the subscriptions you actually wanted to end. Deleting Flowarden does not cancel anything with a merchant.
What happens on deletion
- Bank access tokens are revoked immediately, ending all syncing.
- Profile, connections, transactions, subscriptions, savings, and AI outputs are deleted.
- Active sessions are terminated.
What is retained, and why
A minimal record of financial transactions with us — invoices and payment records — is retained where accounting and tax law requires it. Anonymised, non-identifying aggregates that cannot be linked back to you may remain in merchant catalogue statistics. Immutable security audit entries recording privileged actions are retained for their defined period.
How to delete
Privacy settings, then delete account. You confirm by re-authenticating and typing the confirmation phrase. Deletion begins immediately and completes within the period stated on the confirmation screen.
