Each plan tracks a maximum number of active subscriptions. The cap protects performance and keeps pricing predictable.
How the cap is counted
- Only active and paused subscriptions count.
- Cancelled subscriptions do not count and stay in your history and savings ledger permanently.
- Unconfirmed detection candidates do not count until you confirm them.
When you reach the cap
- Detection keeps running and new candidates continue to appear.
- Confirming a candidate beyond the cap is blocked with a prompt to upgrade or free a slot.
- Nothing is deleted, and no existing data becomes inaccessible.
Staying under the cap
Cancel what you no longer use — that is the point of the product — or mark dormant services as cancelled once you have genuinely ended them. Marking something cancelled that is still billing will hide a live charge, so only do it after the merchant confirms.
Increasing the cap
Upgrade from the billing page. The new cap applies immediately, and any items that were read-only become editable again.
