Renewals calendar

Last updated 25 August 2026

The calendar shows every expected renewal on a dated timeline so nothing arrives unannounced.

What appears

- Confirmed subscriptions with a predicted next charge date.

- Trials with their conversion date, highlighted separately.

- Known price increases taking effect on a future date.

- Annual renewals, which are the ones most often forgotten.

How dates are predicted

Prediction uses the observed cadence between previous charges, adjusted for month length and non-banking days. Accuracy improves with each cycle; a subscription with a single observed charge is an estimate until it repeats.

Views and export

Switch between month and list views, filter by connection or category, and export to your own calendar so renewals appear alongside everything else you plan around.

Reading it as a spend forecast

The calendar totals expected charges per week and month, which makes it a short-term cash-flow forecast for recurring commitments — particularly useful in a month with several annual renewals landing together.

Accuracy notes

Merchants sometimes bill a day or two either side of the predicted date, and a failed payment retried by the merchant can shift a cycle permanently. Flowarden re-baselines automatically once the new charge is observed.
