- Alert five days before any renewal over your chosen amount.
- Flag every price increase above a set percentage.
- Flag any trial three days before it converts.
- Shortlist any subscription with no engagement signal for ninety days.
Safety model
Auto-Pilot never cancels a subscription, moves money, or contacts a merchant without your explicit approval. Actions that affect a service outside Flowarden always require confirmation — automation prepares the decision, you make it.
Ordering and conflicts
Rules evaluate in priority order and the first matching action wins, so a specific merchant rule placed above a broad category rule behaves as you expect.
Testing a rule
Save a rule and check the run history: it shows what the rule would have matched over recent history, which is the fastest way to catch a rule that is too broad.
